Scientific name: Frangula californica ‘Mound San Bruno’

A fire-resistant evergreen shrub, coffeeberry makes for an amazing hedge. It’s got dark green leaves and red branches. Make sure to watch its berries turn color over time: from red to purple to black. This variety is more compact, making it very demure, very mindful.
